elpa-ace-link software package provides selecting a link to jump to, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elpa-ace-link
elpa-ace-link is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elpa-ace-link package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elpa-ace-link *
You will get with elpa-ace-link package name, version, architecture and description in a table
